Terms and Conditions

1. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
  • Check-out: By 11:00 AM
  • A valid photo ID and credit card are required at check-in.

2. Reservations & Payments

  • All reservations must be secured with a valid credit card.
  • Special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Security Deposit

  • Atlantic Breeze Motel & Apartments: A $200 damage deposit is required upon arrival.
  • Bill’s Apartments: A $400 damage deposit is required upon arrival.
  • Deposits will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, subject to a room inspection.

4. Occupancy & Extra Beds

  • No cots or extra beds are provided.
  • Maximum occupancy limits must be respected.

5. House Rules

  • Guests must maintain a respectful and quiet environment.
  • No hen, stag, or similar parties are allowed.
  • Any damages beyond normal use may result in additional charges.

6. Cancellation & Modifications

  • Cancellations and modifications must be made in accordance with the property's cancellation policy.

By booking a stay at Atlantic Breeze Motel & Apartments or Bill’s Apartments, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
