Terms and Conditions
1. Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Check-out: By 11:00 AM
- A valid photo ID and credit card are required at check-in.
2. Reservations & Payments
- All reservations must be secured with a valid credit card.
- Special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Security Deposit
- Atlantic Breeze Motel & Apartments: A $200 damage deposit is required upon arrival.
- Bill’s Apartments: A $400 damage deposit is required upon arrival.
- Deposits will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, subject to a room inspection.
4. Occupancy & Extra Beds
- No cots or extra beds are provided.
- Maximum occupancy limits must be respected.
5. House Rules
- Guests must maintain a respectful and quiet environment.
- No hen, stag, or similar parties are allowed.
- Any damages beyond normal use may result in additional charges.
6. Cancellation & Modifications
- Cancellations and modifications must be made in accordance with the property's cancellation policy.
By booking a stay at Atlantic Breeze Motel & Apartments or Bill’s Apartments, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
